In 1991, Mike Lane, founder and president, began his career in the printer repair business. He started as a technician trainee and went on to create and manage an entire service department. His employers were all toner cartridge resellers who added a service function as a side business based on customer demand.
After managing this business for many years, Mike realized that in order to provide high quality service, a company must be focused solely on printer repair and maintenance.
In 2001, Mike launched Printer Perfection on the idea that printers are business critical and clients require fast service that is completed correctly the first time.
